Cashiva is a personal finance tool designed to help users track and manage their money.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Use the app responsibly
• Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service

Cashiva does NOT provide financial, legal, or investment advice.

All insights and recommendations are informational only. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

• You are responsible for maintaining your account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

Cashiva offers:

• Free plan
• Paid subscriptions (Basic and Premium)

Billing is handled via Stripe.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• Free trials convert into paid subscriptions after the trial period
• Users can cancel anytime

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Refund Policy

• Subscriptions (Basic / Premium): Refund requests are accepted within 48 hours of billing. To request a refund, email admin@cashiva.online within 48 hours of the charge.
• Lifetime Plan: Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of purchase. No refunds are granted after 7 days unless a verified technical failure on our end prevented access.
• No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods or unused trial time.
• Exceptions may be considered only in cases of verified technical failure caused by Cashiva systems.

• Features depend on your subscription plan
• We reserve the right to modify features at any time

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• Terms are violated
• Misuse or abuse is detected

Cashiva is provided "as is".

We are not responsible for:

• Financial losses
• Data inaccuracies entered by users
• Service interruptions

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
